Publication ethics
The editorial board of the scientific journal “World of the Great Altai” is commited to principles of ethics adopted by the international community, reflected in the recommendations of the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (the Committee on Publication Ethics) and, in particular, the Elsevier Publishing Ethics Resource Kit.
Each member of the editorial board of the journal, author, reviewer and publisher must comply with ethical standards, norms and rules and take all reasonable measures to prevent their violations.
The author (s) of the publication is responsible for the scientific validity and novelty of the results of scientific research. The authors (s) is obliged to inform the editorial board of the error and to assist in correcting it.
Theft, unformed quotes and plagiarism are considered as unethical actions of the author.
Submission of a scientific article simultaneously in several journals, duplication of publications is considered as unethical behavior of the author.
The submitted article must comply with the rules and requirements of registration of the journal.

Review Process
All articles received by the editorial board are peer reviewed
Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board of the journal are examined for compliance with the thematic profile of the journal, the main provisions of the requirements for publications, design, which has been approved by the editorial board of the journal.
The article is directed to an anonymous peer review, which is conducted by highly qualified scientists and specialists with profound knowledge and experience in a particular scientific field with the scientific objectivity of the positions. Terms of review are from 1 to 3 months.
The author is sent a review without a signature and indicating the name, position, place of work of the reviewer with recommendations and suggestions for adjusting the content of the article
After correcting the author can re-send the article are highlighted the changes made and attaching review.
In the case of a negative review of the article, it is rejected by the editorial board.
Editorial board and reviewers do not enter into correspondence with the authors of scientific publications.

Declaration on the policy of article's access
The editors adhere to the policy of "open access" to the published materials. Under the "open access", in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BIOD) (http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/translations/russian-translation), the editors mean free access to the materials published in the journal through the public Internet and the right of each author and the user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or make links to full-text articles, search for indexed robots, enter them as data into software or use for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial legal and technical barriers, with the exception of those that regulate access to the Internet itself.
The only restriction on reproduction and distribution and the only condition for copyright in this field should be the author's right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.
The full texts of the articles of the international scientific journal " World of the Great Altai" are posted on the website of the journal https://www.journalaltai.com/, as well as on the site of the scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU
In each scientific article, the authors must specify: the place of work (university (institution), enterprise and other organizations, city, country), position, academic degree, academic title, full postal address and e-mail address, which provides an opportunity to communicate directly to scientists and specialists from different countries with authors. Each article is assigned a DOI.
